The screws from the one you could not take the gill out are under the rubber pads! The new one (II) does not have rubber puds to hold the laptop and you have to use those plastic feet, that will always gonna hurt your hands when trying to type.

good reviews, better if you tell how many degrees your laptop got after used that coolingpad. so ppl can choose which one better for cooing their laptop.

The title of your video says "Laptop Over heading?" I think you meant "heating" haha just thought you might want to fix it! :)
