I cannot believe i was holding my breath for 38 seconds. That is the most uncomfortable thing i’ve ever done. My heart was pounding for the last few seconds i thought i was gonna pass out. As a kid I would say that was a scary and hard time for me. I was trying to push out breaths honestly.
