Really nice, really good video. Clear explanation, no small talk, just to the point. Plus the extra explanation on how to add the fast button. Really professional!

Though it is a simple task and a very old video, I wanted to add the icon and totally forgot where is it located and this simple video reminded me that it is listed under the "S" with the "Select Visible ...." - Thank you.

Thanks for this. Simple thing that I use infrequently. I took your advice and added to "Select Visible Cells" to the menu bar!

Thank you for this. But it doesn't show how to paste only in visible cells in a different worksheet. I have been searching the internet for this to no avail :(

Thank you so much!! That was great! Exactly what I needed. Used Alt-; and then copied and pasted those cells into a new spreadsheet. Thanks again!

Is there any way to paste into only visible cells from another speadsheet?

Well I ran into a problem - everything goes well until after selecting visible cells only it gives this error: "You can't copy here because the copy area and paste area aren't the same size". I went and changed the row height and column width of the copy and paste areas in my 2 separate spreadsheets and it still did not work. What do you suggest?

Is there a formula that will "cut" specific cells from column "B" and insert them into column "C"? Essentially swapping places? Like move the cell in column "B" containing "Keep on Truckin' [SM Karaoke]" to the position in column "C" containing "Keep on Truckin'".
