This is a weird concept... They're literally all the same person regenerating and adding on to the memories and experiences of their last iterations. They all have the same skills and the differentiation is just to denote differences in personality shifts (and so fans can group around 'their' doctor or the actor they liked the best playing them).

So all of these scores would need to be incorporating all of what came before, for all of the other doctors. The 14th is Tenant's doctor revisted, so right there you have to at least include all of 10's points and grading immediately into 14. That alone would skew things :'D

Never understood this idea of trying to quantify and score each face of the doctor as if it weren't one person coming back from the dead over and over again with a new face each time (which is EXACTLY what the Doctor does).

But anyways, THE Doctor would always win, because they are timeless and will just keep regenerating until they eventually win - just as they did with The Master.
