Just tried it and it's so good! If anyone wants to add something I would recommend a bit of parsley and chilli flakes but this alone is perfect!

First and only time I tried black truffle was when Aldo Zilli cooked for me and some other food bloggers a few years ago. It was a memorable experience I'll never forget. I remember the earthy pungent flavour of the over generous amount of truffle he gave us! Was similar to this recipe as well. Think he also made a chocolate pasta dough as well which was interesting.
