Hello All,
Today I return with something off the standard, but will possibly become more common, freight trains.
Today we have a video of SSRs grain trains earlier this year.
We start off with train number 7933V, SSRs standard gauge grain train from Appleton Docks to Western Victoria, this time with locomotives hired L277, GM22 and steamliners B61 "Bernie Baker".
Then we move over to SSRs broad gauge grain train, which was having a late return to Melbourne due to track works over night. This was hauled by Victorian veterans S302, T381 and T386 with it's short rake to Kensington.
