The DMV testing procedure is just _not_ enough proof that someone belongs behind the wheel of a motorized vehicle. Owners of a Driver's License should also first possess a valid I.Q. card, that proves they are smart enough to be out on the road mixing in with the general public in the first place. I'm an extremely patient person but also completely fed up with ignorant drivers increasing my stress levels and causing me to waste extra gas and time.
