Hello @vidadotworld, Two days ago i visited the Hero vida experience centre and i found scooter is good but I found the biggest issue of service centre in Jaipur, there is only one service centre for service and pickup at the time of purchase new scooter and it's 30 km far from my area that's why I decided to go with Ola because there are 4 or 5 experience centres and service centres available across the Jaipur so first expand your service centres so that user can easily connect with you.
If I will purchase second scooter then it will be vida.

After 10km range left no guarantee kitni chalegi. My scooter last reflected 8km and from there suddenly the range dropped to 2 km. and the scooter stopped working. I switched off and switched on after 10 minutes and brought it back home through a short cut road with 8 - 10 speed.

@Vidadotworld i want to purchase this vechicle but i was scared to buy for below reason
1.Limp home issue- In tamilnadu one person got accident, in middle of driving suddenly bacj wheel stopped and pops up home limp person got accident while suddenly limp home displayed.did you fixed it?
2.Alloy quality issue -in kerela one person died due to hub motor alloy broken on vida while driving in high way.is there any solution for it?

Sir aapka scooter accha hai lekin usmein jo removable battery hai na uski vajah se water safety issue hota hai jiski wajah se sale down hai agar aap removable battery ko fixed mein convert kar do toh kuch ho sakta hai

But how you got the range estimation horribly wrong i.e 165km as per your claims in starting but in actual it is 100 km approx. COULD U PLS CLARIFY?

The switchgears are always Faulty. I took customer feedback from 10 people. Every single one of them have changed their switches atleast once... 🙄
