Hello! For me it didn't work with Decision ref -> sample(In Activity Decision Implementation).
I had to deploy first Sample.dmn and took the Definition Key -> Decision_1x57gg3, in my case
and not the Definition Name -> sample, then it worked fine.

Tried the flow, but getting error while I enter Monday & 10 in the form while running : "FEEL/SCALA-01008 Error while evaluating expression: failed to evaluate expression '"Monday"': no variable found for name 'cellInput'"
