Sometimes, it takes a few hours for youtube to process the HD.

The camera has a fixed focus. So anything is in focus from about 3 ft on back. Check out the Kodak Zi8 it is fixed focused as well but has a switch that allows for macro focus. It pretty cool and has an SD card slot up to 32GB.

Thanks a lot!! :) but my videos have been up for weeks now and they still have crappy quality!! lol I think its just my computer i dnt think it supports HD!!

everyone thinks of small cameras as a benafit but it really seems shakey with all the videos ive seen

do not upload your videos through flipshare. copy them from your flip HD and upload to you tube manually.
