I have an accepted 'order for possession' online. The tenants have been asked to leave within 2 weeks.
Its only been 6 days so far...how do i make the online 'Request for Warrant of Possession of Land' application ?

Will it automatically show on the PCOL website itself after 2 weeks ?

The N325 for says 'Warranty for Possession of LAND' is it the same form for a flat or house? PS. I couldnt find the link to the form on your video.

can I submit N325 form 2 months after the expire date of the evection order. my tenants has been given until 10th of March to leave the property. I am a ware that I need to submit N235 form by the 11th of they don't leave . Can I submit the form by 10th of May?

hi. thanks for the short video. I filled up this form and have emailed to the local county court. But unsure how to upload on PCOL website and pay fees.
