how come some baggage claim systems are the flat ones where the bag come in from an opening in the wall, while others are those slanted, revolving ones where bags come off of a conveyer belt and drop into the carousel?

that Baggage Claim Carousel is one place you don't want to be at I hate the buzzer that sands before the Carousel starts moving and the buzzer sucks!
