Got mine yesterday along with TB03 and this thing is amazing, unmistakably Rolandesque sound, love it.

i dig the poly pads, imagining it layered with an mc202 or even korg monologue i think would be quite nice. the resonance up high is weird and quite off, it doesn't get that close as a 101 emulation to my ears but i do like most of what i am hearing in this demo. the low end does seem to lack girth that a 101 or 202 can easily generate

The true test of this unit will be how the filter sounds with high resonance. The SH-101 has an incredibly nice, creamy filter. Still, I don't fully understand why everyone is hating on this so much - sounds okay to me and I own a real one.

Finally, a decent demo! But what I don't get is why Roland made an analog Model D inspired synth, but a digital SH-101. I was really hoping the "Designer series", would do an analog SH-101. Maybe they still will, who knows.

5th demo now, this is better. It's good but quite different and more digital but that is a good thing as it has a different sound but the trusty 101 layout it will layer nice with my Sh101, warmth with the crystal poly tones of the 01A.

Great features BUT I am wondering why they made the (polyphonic!) sequencer with 100 steps (which is really long) but not with 128 which seems to be a better choice together with other established sequencer lengths (8, 16, 32, 64). That said, I must reiterate, that I like the features.
