GHD sit ups are something that I rarely see people talking about technique with, so I thought this video might help! The GHD situp is something that came from the CrossFit world and is known to be a very potent form of exercise. If you are just starting with the GHD try partial range first and make sure you flex your quads and fire your hip flexor to initiate the movement as I show in the video.

depends what you are focusing on.. only do the knee kick if you are going for efficiency. if you want to target your abs, go slow and dont do the knee kick.
