Less of a "Monster Attack Scene" and more of a "Monster Approach Scene" -the people actually did 100% of the attacking.

I lived at 8481 feet and I can assure you that you can't run very far or even walk at a brisk pace very far at that altitude. I would get winded walking up my driveway but when I would go down 2000 feet to Colorado Springs (where the Olympians train for high altitude) to work part time at a warehouse, I would run circles around dudes half my age.

I'm surprised to see that she shot that weapon so well without opening and using the sights for it.

I hate how no one can just enjoy a movie anymore, it's like everything has to have a deep dive breakdown. I remember when movies were made to be enjoyed for what they were not for what they aren't.

Nicely done monster flick. It's at its best when Baccarin and Mackey's characters are alone together dodging the creatures below the safety zone to find medical supplies and the magic bullet. Fun watch.
