I wish consoles would allow you to run performance mode and adjust frame rates. Apparently the series x consoles are equivalent to a 3060 and I feel consoles could definitely get stable 165 or uncapped around 200 with performance mode.

you should try running the game in dx12 mode, older amd cards and dx11 dont really have a fond relationship (performance mode is just heavily modified dx11)

So if your CPU is trash then you will probably run the more demanding direct x 12 or 11 version? I don't get what you mean. Also i get this kind of fps 140fps plus on direct x 12 mode 1080p with epic settings and alot higher fps in performance mode. I'm using a 4790k overclocked to 4.6ghz 32gb ddr3 and xfx Rx 580 xxx GTS edition OC+ 8gb,

For AMD gpus, isnt it worst playing on dx11 than dx12? I think dx11 only gives a bit more fps but stutters way more.
