Anycubic T0 Sensor Abnormal (Easy Fix)

Symptom: Stopping in the middle of printing
In my case, the head rod was loose. Watch the video on how to tighten it.
If this doesn't fix your problem, probably the sensor is loose or it's time to replace the extruder which is inexpensive.

An easier fix for my T0 sensor error, push the cable back into the socket near base of printer. If you constantly reposition the machine, the cable gets moved slightly each time until it backs out of the socket and T0 error appears. But thanks for the quick video, it helped narrow down the problem (what T0 even was).

It‘s not necessary to remove the screws of the print head housing. The sensor screw is direct accessible. ;-)

Surprisingly, this works for me. I just loosen that screw and then tighten it back and then the problem has gone. Thanks

T0 connections relate to the temprature sensor rather than the heater, looking at the Chiron heads the problems seems to be the sensor isnt actually fastened into the block like other manufacturers do

Ok just bought this printer. And said same thing when I tuned it on to sensor abnormal. Watched your video. Trying to unscrew everything and things start falling out and I can’t get the things all unscrewed scared I’m messing everything up

I had this problem every winter. In the summer it worked. Then the T0 error...the problem wasnt in the nozle. It was on motherboard. The desk was simple wood, no coating. So the wood became cold, soacked with moisture. The fan pound it with hot air, and the moisture got back on motherboard which produced an 1sek error below 20° room temperature, just to stop in the midle of print. When it was around 10° or less, the printer was disabled for a day. It could not read nozle temperature at all. After a day, it was dry and started working again...
Put some hard plastic beneath the printer and bring it up higher so the air can escape from the bottom of printer.
I hope this helps anyone...i almoust threw my printer in the garbage

Is there anywhere I can get the electronics for the Print Head? I'm searching everywhere. The fans stopped working while away and melted the electronics.

If nothing else works for someone, look at the power cables on the hot end green connector, if they are even slightly burned, replace them, cut off the 6 wires, 3 are + and 3 are -, search for a schematic for the hotend pcb, and see with ones, should be 2 on the bottom righ and 4 ontop of those 2, replace them with 2 big wires and solder them directly where the hot end connectors go, from the hot end and to the base board

My hex screw driver doesn’t fit. Mine has notches in as if a screw goes in there. Please help?

In my case it was the defect sensor from the new print head I purchased. I replaced the defect new sensor with the old sensor from my old print head and the problem was gone. :-)

This wasn’t the solution. But it is this sensor.

This printer is such a shit box. I'm debating putting mine out for the garbage tonight.
