I bought a phone, OPPO A3x, for 15, 000 Taka, but it has some issues. The battery drains very quickly, and there is a dark problem with the camera — the pictures come out completely black. I went to their office, but they did not respond to my complaint at all.

Now I don't know what to do. I have seen some YouTubers warning not to buy the OPPO A3x, but I already bought it and now I'm in trouble. Please, someone, help me find a solution🙂
