Love the QR code idea! An even easier way to create one is to click the "share" icon within the Chrome address bar on the right and it has a QR code generator option.

Love your organizational tips! The Google Doc with the QR code is the game changer I'm looking for. That'll make grabbing what I need so much easier than looking through each box, as sometimes I need an item that's stored in a different box. I love your labels for the boxes you have created. Can the size be adjusted to fit a shoe box, or will they only fit the boxes shown? Are they editable? I can hardly wait to show you my after pics once I implement your helpful tips. 🤗🥰

Just curious. I’ve always stored all my theme or unit materials, including books, together in a large tote. What are your benefits to separating everything the way you have? I’m asking because I’ve had to temporarily rent a storage unit for the large totes and some grant materials I don’t currently have space for in my home and I’m wondering if I separate things into smaller containers it may be easier to make the room to store them.
