TIPs:
• Πολύ προσεκτικά η χρήση του ελαιόλαδου γιατί η πίτα μας θα βγει λιπαρή
• εκτός από πιπεριές μπορούμε να προσθέσουμε και άλλα λαχανικά όπως κολοκύθι ή μανιτάρι
• τα φύλλα πρέπει πάντα να διπλώνονται σταυρωτά
