But one thing is for sure that if you're placed at say 55LPA (which is the average at top B-Schools) then you wouldn't find the need to search for any other job because the salary is very sufficient to meet our daily needs and much more than that. Unless of course the company goes bankrupt. There probably might be other reasons too like work life balance, team spirit etc. But I guess mostly money might be a factor why people are switching jobs.
