Hey everyone! ☺ I'm Ife, a third year medical student with a lot of different passions!

💎 I am so excited to finally start 3rd year clerkship! Its been a long time coming and I am definitely looking forward to documenting the journey! ROTATE WITH ME as I start off in Family Medicine, the bread and butter of medicine, for the next 6 weeks!

💎 A Family Medicine physician is a medical doctor that is on the frontlines of healthcare on all aspects. They are usually the first doctor you see in an outpatient clinic, and depending on the practice, these doctors can see patients ranging from young children, to pregnant women, to geriatric patients.

💎 Before you make your decision about going to SGU medical school, talk to your advisors, other healthcare professionals, previous medical students, and family! You will need support on all ends because medical school, though rewarding, is a long difficult journey.

💎 I hope this video helps those get a little more insight on what Family Medicine physicians do daily!
