You made an excellent choice selecting the Giullette Slim Adjustable. It is able to provide the best shave available for any blade you use.

Me too, Voskhod blades are my regular shave. I don't know what I'd do if they were discontinued. They are cheap but I only get one shave a blade. Two is very possible but they drag after that. They are cheapest on the Voskhod website. They are still good with several days growth. Thanks for the video, I'm glad you enjoyed them.

I use voskhod for two years now. Ming Shi adjustable razor which is a merkur copy and use it at the number two setting. Works for me.

Smoothness can disguise sharpness. Possibly because they are smooth, they don't feel as sharp, but the proof is in the pudding...the result...the efficiency. I like the Voskhod and Derby Extras.

After watching some YT vids I bought 100 of these, started using them on a Merkur slant and was impressed. Then I gave some to my brother who was results using a Gillette TTO copy and I used a Slim and did skip and pull . I tried another one with same results....now I have a LOT of unfortunately do not know if I had a bad 5 blade box or 100 pack or all the Haven't used yes....I have delay in mailing....

Pues fíjate, las voskhod lo malo que les veo es que, a mi en concreto, me duran 3 afeitados, a partir de ahí para hacer lo mismo que al principio tengo que pasar la maquinilla 5 ó 6 veces, con la consiguiente irritación. Por ahora, las que mas me han durado son las astra verdes, y otras que a ti no te hacen gracia que son las derby extra, que, por ahora, me van tan bien o mejor que las astra. Mi conclusión es que cada cara es un mundo, y cuando encuentras ""tu"" hojilla de la marca que fuere...pues ahí te quedas, evidentemente si tienes otras hojas no las vas a tirar, esta claro. En fin, cosas de la vida...Saludos desde España.
