Regardless of what you ate or drank this weekend, drinking juice or kombucha, trying to restrict yourself to a tidy salad and a black coffee followed by a punishing workout (or maybe 2 if you missed one out on Friday) will NOT HELP!

DO THIS INSTEAD 🟢
➡️ Eat balanced high protein filling meals today and hit your usual macros for the rest of the day.
➡️ Do your usual workout/runs - DON'T do more or cram in double workouts to 'make up' for the indulgence. No amount of exercise will make up for what you've eaten and you're more likely to get injured.
➡️ Embrace the memories you've made, it was just one day or maybe two. Denying yourself makes the journey of being healthy and strong difficult and unrealistic. Just pick up where you left off and be consistent.
