Hi, Thanks for sharing. I have been trying to decide whether the H1n is a viable solution over the discontinued H1. My concern is the H1 is a very proven platform and the H1n supposedly you cannot lock the gain wheel. I mean if you lock the settings then why wouldn't it lock the gain wheel too. Wonder if that may be playing a factor once you stuff it into your backpack, pockets.?

Have you tried a dead cat and mounting the H1n on a passenger footpeg or maybe a GoPro handlebar mount towards the back of your bike near the exhaust? I saw a guy using a TASCAM DR-05 with a huge deadcat mounting it with what looked like a GoPro handlebar mount to the bike subframe pointing towards the exhaust.
