Between this model and AKG k371 which one do you choose regarding sound quality?

I’m going to be honest. They’re good, but the beeping is almost maddening. They beep and beep. They beep when you turn up the volume, when you turn down the volume, when you skip a video, and even when you do nothing. That’s right they beep every 15 seconds or so. It’s so bad 😭 if anyone knows how to turn the beeping off please PLEASE tell me because it’s super hard to deal with

$4000 headphones.  who is dumb enough to pay that amount of money for 2 little drivers.  I will pay $4k  for a whole home sound system but for a headphone?   not way.
