You are amazing in how you help families personalize inexpensively our childrens educations. More and more I see workbooks as busy work for children to do if mama is ill or in recovery, but their main educations should be personalized and workbooks are hard to use that way because of the excess of problems.

I love when you show The ABC'S of Nature! I have a copy my dad bought when I was young, he even wrote inside the cover. He has been gone for years, but it makes me feel as if he's part of our homeschool experience.

I’m glad you did this because I was thinking I needed to be done with the reader a year at a time. I now know I have more time to stretch it out. I’d highly recommend your books to other viewers to go along with it. I have the lesson books and they are great!

Thank you so much! My six year old daughter asked to do "Dolly Parton School" so we used one of your notebooking pages and put it in her school composition book. We also decorate our books as a starting school year tradition. I love all your ideas and appreciate where to look for Biblical perspectives and also how to use a variety of material! Our daughter would love to make a report/ drawing book for writing about horses. That sounds so fun for her. I made my middles workbooks and they are excited. I am doing the same for math...allowing me to assign work they actually need practice in and to have a place to keep our tutoring sessions.

If my kids can't draw yet they trace. They love tracing pictures.

I'm interested in how you decide if a book is "worthy" to be considered educational for your child. The Usborne and the History book I would never have thought to use as a book for education. I find lots of free or cheap books that look interesting. I'm just not sure if they're twaddle or good books to use.

Sherry what kind of spiral/comb binder do you have? I’m looking for one that won’t break immediately like a couple other supplies I tried and doesn’t cost an arm and a leg to bind all the school work I’m printing off for my boys. Very expensive to take everything to staples and when in a regular binder my boys lose their papers ☹️
