Have you ever done or thought about doing a video on how you store and manage your items when not in use? I'm struggling to find a way to keep my decor (and my art/craft supplies) stored in a way that makes sense but doesn't take over my entire basement or make my husband suggest it's time for a dumpster clean out 😂

Hi. I am a new subscriber and taking some time to watch your older videos. You may have already received an answer regarding the twins in blue prints but thought I’d reply to your question.
They are art prints from the 1970s. Painted by James Ingwersen. Named: Gretchen & Gary. Nostalgic collectors, I imagine, would love them.

Ooooh yes, a lamp video! I always seem to bring home the wrong style shade for my thrifted lamps! LOL!

I find your videos terrific to watch. Hauls are the best.

Law 2 of the thrift store- whatever common item that's always there will disappear the second you start looking for it. Wooden or plastic trays my stores can't add to the shelf there's so many, I need one for a craft, they don't have any for 3 months

The art you picked up is from an indigenous artist and those are not penguins- they are geese. She is a very well known native artist in Canada.

I think it's so funny that when you were talking about the pretty frames with the 2 adorable little boys. All I thought about was how adorable the two little boys were, and all thought about was the nice frames.😂 I guess as a grandmother, I have very different ideas about art. You have very great ideas though. I've learned a lot watching your videos. Thank you. 🥰

The picture from Ontario, Canada?---- they weren't penguins !
She's an Inuit artist. No penguins in the northern hemispere!

However I love your show!
Great ideas. Thanks !

Hey New follower from South Africa. I am obsessed with your channel now. I would love to see lamp makeovers and even Lamp DIY’s like making lamps from unconventional items! I love lamps and lighting lol

I love the fact that you are very discerning about what you buy and, compared to other thrifters on YouTube and elsewhere, don’t spend a lot of money and go home with insane amounts of stuff. To be fair, the other thrifters I watch have online shops. But you also have reserves of items you could sell. What I’m saying is that you are a good example of thrifting with restraint, which is probably great for all of us. I for one have given way to temptation many times, spent more than I should have, and ended up reselling the items I bought, which isn’t fun for me. Lately, I’ve canceled items I bought online as a retrofit for my impulsiveness. I’d rather spend my money on donations to causes important to me—which I do, but could do more—and would rather donate my stuff to people who need it, or to retail outlets for causes I believe in. So it’s good for me to see someone buying flea market and thrift store items carefully and not impulsively!

My favourite items that you thrifted in this video are the candle holders. They are really unique and will look very nice with the rest of your decor

The brass footed bowl would look good in my living room. I'd use the lidded ceramic pot in the kitchen somehow. Great finds!

What a fun haul! So glad you got that burlwood box--I thought you'd left it, and was happy to see it show up at the end. The orange lamp was very cool too. :)
