To demonstrate the widespread support for the new American, we sought out the most important voices at American and US Airways -- the voices from among the more than 100,000 employees of the new American who want the opportunity to compete together. I just went to the URL address at the end of the video and sent a letter of protest to my state's elected officials protesting the halting of the merger.

I hope the merger does not go thru. I think AA is a much better airline with much better services. Every time I fly on US Airways I am reminded of just how bad their service really is, and all i can hope for is that the DOJ blocks the merger.

I am not saying I am for or agsinst, but this is company sponsored propaganda, only. I dont trust a position statement like this to be representative of all employees when it is put on by their bosses...sorry. I am sure there are employees on both sides who arent happy sbout a merger.
