I’m 5’11” and, personally, I would say that for a man, < 5’6” is short, 5’6” to 5’8” is below average, 5’8” to 5’10” is average, 5’10 to 6’0” is above average, 6’0” to 6’2” is tall, and anything above 6’2” is very tall

5’7: below average
5’8-5’10: average
5’11: above average
6’0-6’1: tall
6’2-6’3: solidly tall
6’4-6’5: very tall
6’6-6’10: extremely tall
6’11 and higher: giant

Yeah its depends on where you live but there are countries that 5’10 would be considered tall

Across the globe a man’s average height is 5’7 so honestly a few inches shorter or taller would be susceptible for living comfortably EVERYWHERE in the world. My range for men would probably be 5’3 - 6’0 for proper developed height.

And in that range I would say:
5’3 - 5’5: short but common
5’6 - 5’9: the most common
5’10 - 6’0: tall but common

Seeing a guy below 5’3 or above 6’0 is still something you can see fairly often but it’s not as common as the range I gave.
