Three suspects attempted to rob a man at gunpoint near South Dallas. The victim acted in self defense shooting two of the men leaving one dead, according to police.

I don't understand why there are so many officers there on the scene and at :38-:40 they are just prancing around having laughs like it's recess when there is violence around. Waste of a resource with plenty of them on the scene when there should only be a few that actually do their job. They must be the other guys.
