Thankyou for this information, I’ve just recently been attuned to reiki 2

Really informative which is great! I've been looking everywhere and could only find people describing what its like to go through the attunement process and not so much on what happens afterwards. Since the theory is that each chakra goes through cleansing 24hrs three times, for the next 21 days would it be best to meditate on each chakra for three days at a time until its over? Or just as long as you meditate normally itll still do its best work?
