DOLL CUSTOMIZING STEPS:
Factory hair removed by removing head, scraping with a screwdriver, and pulling hair out with a hemostat
Hair rerooted with a rooting tool and yarn or synthetic fiber
Factory paint removed using acetone, then washed thoroughly with soap & water
Sealed with several coats of Mr. Super Clear UV Cut sealer
Watercolor pencils: Arteza, Derwent & Caran D'Ache
Soft Pastels: Pan Pastel
Liquitex Gloss Varnish on eyes
All over body blushing with soft pastels & sealed
Handmade costume & accessories
Hair cut and styled

I love how you added the gold leaf into her eye shadow. I don't think I've ever seen anyone use that technique for make up. It's a tiny detail but it adds a pop to the repaint and makes her look really unique.

The doll planet is my fav for hair, the owner is so sweet and helpful and the hair is stunning, and doesn’t have that “fake shine” that other hair has, it’s more matte, I appreciate that tons. The alien 👽 girl is beautiful, love her, and seeing something a lil different ♥️

I really love the freckling gradient on her. Very pretty. I would've put a little gold shimmer on her feet too. Really go for the look that she was walking through the glitter sand and it stuck to her! I would've been tempted to add a couple little gold steaks in her hair. Then again, I never met an art project I couldn't overwork 🤣

I purchased a pack of hair similar to yours (remember a while back I broke a needle, The doll planet was a life saver) so I will have to used mine now. My favorite monster high face is Clawneen just have to learn how to make ears when styling her hair up but anyways again Awesome 👌👌👌💝💝💝🤩💋

I like her a lot, absolutely love her freckles.
If I may have one tiny bit of critique is her white hair feels a lil lackluster. With the gold specks idea from the planet it would have been nice if she had some in her hair. Hope it's ok to say that. I still really like her, think it's one of the prettiest face ups too.
