You can see in other dota games for ex. HoN (heroes of new earth) the skins are way more redesigned than in LoL, they even make a new champion with the same ability. While in LoL they only change the color of the jacket or something else easy. I totally agree with you. I hope they will check out your comment :)

They do do half price sales. But since its the Freljord event, 10 champions along with 1 of their skins are on sale for 20% rather than 50% for 3 random champs and skins.

yeah i know the white fur looks awesome but riot is getting particle effect skins now so they probably change his fur so there can be a brown blur when he q's

They increased the prize of like 12 skins and lowered the price of ~70 or so. They have a new prizing chart for skins.
