Yes, here my apartment soho suite for rent is USD$300 for 450 sq ft with free car park for real. This is normal rent price in Kuala Lumpur and surrounding city. Very affordable and accessible to market and shopping place. If you have car, many places have free parking.

Hello From CA and what am i doing in the US paying high gas prices, high rents, high everything and your living with a swimming pool in a great city! One question: is it safe to walk around at night from your apartment & riding the train? Public transportation in the US is terrible, dirty and dangerous! It cost me about $65.00 USD to fill my vehicle tank when it’s 2/3 empty. Perhaps this winter I will travel abroad and live in SE Asia for the winter. Watching your videos is always a nice reminder that there is always cheaper places to live. Enjoy your time in KL.

Up until a month ago, we were sold on Thailand, particularly Pattaya/Jomtien. However, upon seeing a number of Malaysia videos (including yours), we now believe this will be the better choice for us. So far, George Town and KL are of the greatest interest to us.
