I really like this short, especially because finding your content was the reason I got interested in dressing alternative... and now I'm finally fulfilling that dream and I've been dressing in an emo/scene-esque (?) style (leaning way more towards the "emo" part, while still having some vague scene elements) in public for about a week now, and I'm so glad I've made that decision. This is the first style of fashion that has just felt fully right for me, if that makes sense...
I've also been making all of my accessories myself, so that just gives me way more freedom to choose how the things I wear will turn out.

On a more serious note- the whole thing of crafting my own things to wear and accessorize myself with has unironically been one of the very few activities keeping me busy enough from attempting suicide again (I've struggled with SH/suicidal thoughts and attempts for about two years at this point)... and though using things such as Kandi bracelet making as a distraction from all that sadly doesn't work all the time, and I'm expecting it to just become a dull background activity as my brain is fully occupied by suicide just as it's always been for the past few months, it does slightly improve my mood at the moment.
And I wouldn't have even started thinking about dressing alternative were it not for your videos. So, even though you might never read this, I'd like to thank you, Clawedbeauty. By showing me that I can indeed wear other things that I'll make for myself and will be happy with, rather than just sticking with random store bought items that I don't even particularly like, you're genuinely playing a part in improving my mood through my ongoing struggle through what I suspect to be BPD combined with depression... once again, thank you. Though you might not find this insanely long comment, I'm very grateful for what your videos- and not just those about fashion- have done for me.

I love how she asks which one you would like, then answers in a way that you could have chosen either and it would have been fine. A lot of people in videos for example say “would you like the pink or the blue one? Pink? Ok great” where as she leaves it open to whatever you choose and I think that’s super thoughtful ❤

I don't know why, but this reminded me of when I was 13 and my brother had this friend that we let live with us for a bit because he was having a rough time. Him and my brother enjoyed showing me different music and styles and items that I also really enjoyed. I remember the friend saying something like "we're turning her into a scene kid" and my brother responded "she's already been a scene kid" and it just made me happy even though at the time I didn't really know what it meant, I just knew it was a compliment.
