so i logged in this morning and this happened, muledump says account under maintenance, i dont know what i did to deserve getting banned when theres thousands of people who uses hacked clients and didnt get banned even with video proof. I spend alot of money in this game and i really dont know what i should feel now.

hey Soahi, I just saw your thread in the kabam forums, and remembered that you also report cheaters.

I'm sorry to hear that you got banned for apparantly no reason. I might have an idea what have happened:

Some time ago, I remember there was another cheater reporter who got accidently banned by kabam, after he sent his cheater reports to them. The kabam employee mixed up the name of the reported cheater with the player name of the reporter. After Kabam noticed their mistake, they unbanned the innocent player of course.

Maby this is what happened to you aswell... Have you sent your reports to Kabam recently? If yes, where did you sent them? Via the official cheater report form or via the support system/ticket?

As for as I know (based on youtube statistics), Kabam stopped reviewing reports for 2 months now, so it's a bit strange that you suddenly got banned. Maby they started to review reports again...

BTW it really sucks if they really mistake cuz catching cheaters is their job but
look at what they've done on other players.
