I don't feel the insult matters as much as the fact that an insult was issued in the first place. Like, he didn't need to say anything negative about him at all. He could have just said, I used to feel jealous of him and now I'm more secure in who I am and I don't feel that way anymore. Jealousy says more about the owner of that feeling than anyone else, imho. We've all been there.

boring’ it was a former peer that still finds opportunities to jab at him for no reason. people are allowed to have a final straw. and you not providing the context of his multiple years worth of shadiness leads to a half baked opinion on a person who has been patient for years. also perpetuates the nasty mindset that a victim

I think Connor was feeding a little bit to the drama and sticking up for himself too. But overall, I believe him about Daniel not crossing his mind ever. He's a good guy living his best "boring" life.

Connor is actually pretty talented and his siblings are too. Daniel gives me 2 faced vibes especially after trynna get out of the drama with Colleen with the “we weren’t even close” uhhh, yes you guys were. It would of made more sense if Daniel simply said that he didn’t knew that part about her but he tried to downplay their friendship lmao. But I stan with Connor, been following him since damn, 2015

From what I see, this is all an overreaction. Daniel said in the beginning of their relationship, he used to be jealous of Connor. USED to be jealous and now sees him as boring. How I interpret it is Daniel used to be jealous of his relationship with Joey but eventually he got over that jealous because he realized he had nothing to worry about. However, with saying that, I have not actually seen the video or know what Daniel is like on or behind social media. I may be playing devil’s advocate with evidence I know nothing about, but this is something that shouldn’t have gotten so much hate.
