Is the anti bodies from the baby can be used to produce the total cure for Covid-19? Or this is just the common anti-bodies found on the recovered covid-19 patients?

It depends on the severity of the Mums symptoms I would guess as a layman. If her blood oxygen was affected in which it would seem she had only mild symptoms. I would be worried of the baby's brain development during this critical time if the mum's oxygen levels went low.
It looks all is well, which is good news. BTW just because there is no news does not mean good news, we are still learning about the true potential of the virus.
