unless dressing up for a special event, real "old money" are not wearing any of that stuff... maybe in the 18th century they did because wealthy people would never be seen without a suit and a hat. today real old money lurking a street will just be dressed with quality items, no logos (or subtle logos), and that's it.. this is real, no joking. "old money style" is just a term for wealthy people who were born into a certain level of wealth and inner circles which have exposed them in terms of dress codes to dress items that are timeless, it doesn't mean that every time they get out of their huge 190 years old family mansion to take a walk with the dog or drive into a Diner to have breakfast they'd be wearing a tailored suit with $5000 bespoke leather shoes

The actual old money look is high end clothing, preferably out of style or new and still out of style. Unironically mismatched, but without a hint of self consciousness.
