I think having a recognition dinner for an employee is wonderful! A dinner for all would be petty. Yes, they are all great employees, and they get paid as so, but that one employee that goes the extra mile needs a little something to boot!! Great job, Jeff and Gage!!!!

Jeff comes off as petty and he can be mean, it's not like people expect any different from him. It's not even shocking. I like him. I love his personality and I love the fact that he doesn't sugar coat anything.
