This only works for certain materials, some types of sweater will become felted instead of just shrinking. Felted sweaters are unable to be stretched out

I bought a (very expensive) wool sweater from Aritzia. Followed washing and care directions PERFECTLY and after my first wash I returned to a shrunken, stiff wool sweater. So upsetting.

Guy's i have tip for shrunken wool. So try to iron it and pull it while u iron, i would advice u to use maximum temp as u do this. I did this and it worked! Well because i accidentally shrunk my boss sweater 😂😂😂 and i am afraid to tell her because she will kill me for sure.

So I currently have my very first wool sweater that I bought at the thrift store in the sink. I don't have conditioner so I'm using Downey. It's been 10 mins.
