Quick Tip when doing the incline press
Remember the incline press is not a contested lift so there isn't a specific standard in terms of what you need to do with our legs or hips in order to the complete the lift.
Many people train on benches where the height cannot be adjusted so in order to accommodate for the lifter I suggest shorter lifters especially don't actually need to sit all the way down on the bench.
Use a leg position and stance that allows you to get a good set up with the chest high while being able to get a strong efficient pick from the rack.
Not all equipment is made for all body types so adjust your body to the equipment accordingly
