How to Activate and Set-up 'Hey Cortana'

When you said "Hey Siri" in your video my iPhone woke up. LOL
I used the Cortana and its awesome.

I have L930 denim update but that option is missing, can you tell me why and how to activated that option?

I was wondering if anyone could help me, "hey cortana" is advertised to come with the Denim software update, which i have on my L830, however I do not have the "hey cortana" option under my settings and was wondering why not?
