NASCAR needs to do something about this next gen car on short tracks. Doesn't matter if it's Richmond, North Wilkesboro, Martinsville, or Bristol. Every short track race is the same now. Nobody can pass because there is no tire wear or speed variance between the cars. Short tracks used to be the best races of the season, now they are the worst. It's absolutely ridiculous.

Passing has become nearly impossible at short tracks now

Crazy to think if Larson had gotten the pole he probably would have led every single lap.

Can’t believe they were able to make this video longer than 5 minutes lol.

One of the most boring races I've ever seen. I'm actually shocked since short tracks are typically action packed.

I’m just happy Suarez made the 2nd round despite literally having the worst car possible.

The race itself was like a 4/10 at best tho. Larson whooped the field.

I live in Bristol, my family has been going to race since it was built, I literally went there as a baby, the 1st winner I remember is Charlie glotzback, I was about 7 or 8. Seen Earnhardt win is 1st race, seen the best win there, btw Darrel waltrip is the best driver to ever race at Bristol. I can't stand him but dam he was good here. Anyways last night was a disgrace of a race, no passing, no excitement, bad enough they stage race and don't even wear down there tires so they actually have to drive. Then at the Xfinity race the night before, it was the same way, then they kept the caution out for 3 extra laps so dale jr could change helmets, I was listening on the radio to the officials and actually heard them say, hold 1 more lap for the 88 car. I tell you something else, in all the years, I have never seen a car that much faster like the #5 car was, he was playing with the field. They never had a chance to beating him. His motor sounded different than his teammates. He could run anywhere on the track and still be the fastest. Nascar is not racing anymore, it is entertainment

I know it's a short lap so it squeezes the crowds seating but it looked like a good turn out for this night time race, i guess the play-off hunt makes it more exciting as well. Congratulations to Kyle Larson for winning in style in front of this bumper crowd. Nascar Rocks!! uk

Kyle Larson absolutely toyed with the rest of the field. What a performance.

Got back home from the Bristol race yesterday. I thought the race was alright, could've had been less boring.

Larson is my driver and im very happy he won. It was a little boring but that's usually how it is once Larson grabs a lead and no one wrecks him to take it. He checks out and starts dominating.

Glad it was on USA Network so I didn't waste my night with this boredom.

I AM NOT a Larson fan...but every season he just makes his mark in NASCAR history...
He is truly one of the outstanding racers to drive against...

It’s actually depressing seeing how boring short tracks have become.

For our honeymoon in 2018... before my wife passed away in '21...
We went to Bristol...
It was her (and my) first NASCAR live race...!!
She was an avid Jeff Gordon fan...
And for her wedding present...I had literally taken the Dupont Jeff Gordon racing coat off a guy at a bar for $100..!!
I took the coat to Bristol and after jumping all kinds of ropes...I managed to get that coat hand autographed by Gordon (who was a broadcaster now) and give it to my beloved Faith...
After she passed...I made a very special trip to Charlotte NC (NASCAR Hall of Fame) and donated that coat...
It was a once in a lifetime experience at Bristol...(Even though Kyle Busch won...😢)...!! LOVE Bristol short track racing...!!

I honestly thought the race was coming on Sunday night. I saw the Elliot finished second so that's good for the next round.
