Guards should be on the list. They are overshadowed by gobs and gob-gang massively when before both were buffed they've seen *much* more use

I know this might be controversial but the most useless card rn for me has to be Heal Spirit honestly. Provides basically no defensive value compared to other 1 elixir cards and isn't even that great on offense since it can easily get killed, has a tiny radius, and doesn't heal a ton.
Even decks where it would normally shine and have its niche prefer using another spirit or a cheap spell instead, (3M uses log or zap and Royal Hogs uses Espirit or Fire Spirit)

How to fix these cards:
Barb hut: spawn 3 barbarians instead of 1 after being destroyed and buff its up and nerf its spawn rate so it spawns 9 barbs total
Night witch: nerf spawn rate but add the death spawn back
Battle healer: buff it’s damage but nerf it’s heal effect while making it independent instead of being triggered by attacks
Furnace: make it 3 elixir but nerf it’s spawn rate and lifetime
Rascals: Buff the big boy’s hit speed
Clone: rework it to where it spawns a limited amount of full health copies for a limited time
Mirror: remove extra elixir cost but remove level buff
Wizard: Give it more health
Minion horde: delete it. It just sucks.
Mega minion: buff it’s damage and health a bit

Overall, i like mega minion because it is very good defensively against many units. It also has just enough health to survive most spells, which is good at lower levels especially where you see a lot of zap

My suggestion on how to make the mega minion viable:

Increase the elixer cost of the phoenix to 5 and give maybe a small buff, because it might kill the card.

Minion horde is trash if they have a counter and broken if they dont. But as you said, most decks do have counters

Here's my thoughts:
Barbarian Hut: I agree it's better now. But There's not too much use for it.
Night Witch: Even if she is good in golem, the meta has shifted into golem decks without the night witch
Battle Healer: I don't need to explain.
Furnace: Same thing
Rascals: The boy is just too weak
Clone: No comment I agree.
Mirror: Only time when mirror is good is when an insanely broken card comes out
Wizard: That is a huge problem because Mid ladder and Top ladder are vastly different. So buffing the card would let out a fury in mid ladder players who are just bad at the game.
Minion Horde: For me personally, Minion horde doesn't really need a buff. It still has average stats even if it's really easy to counter.
Mega minion: It's not his fault. It's all the phoenix. At least that buff will come in handy in April

While I 100% agree minion horde is a bad card, I really think the reasons could be articulated leagues better considering one could say the same thing about a goblin barrel.
It's not just that counters are abundant, but also that the horde is such a high commitment at 5 elixir compared to minions or skarmy for how fragile it is, going down to arrows anywhere for -2 or being crippled/countered at -3 or -4 by zap or a spirit. Reducing its ability to be countered by spreading them out in a wide circle like current rascals spawn in could help it avoid instantly melting to splash cards and possibly even countering things like exe or wizard evenly with troops to spare for a counterpush

I don’t think night witch is too bad. Her DPS is solid and she spawns bats pretty fast, which is good for quick air coverage or distraction. I would instead say ewiz is the worst legendary, as there’s a lot of other ranged or reset units that are better in most cases.

Hey idk if you will read this but I’m in arena 16 and I’m struggling to make it out my deck is lvl 14 mega knight, lvl 14 goblin barrel, lvl 13 Tesla, lvl 13 magic archer, lvl 12 log, lvl 13 fire ball lvl 12 Valkyrie and lvl 14 e whiz if you can give me any tips or cards I should replace or try that will be great

when i think useless, i say P.E.K.K.A.
he's so fucking slow, while the high damage might be good, when isn't it overkill? mega knight.
and you can distract him so easily, if you're afraid for the sparky to get destroyed by a pekka, just place skeletons up front.
overall pekka doesn't have a use or that use is ultra niche, you have to pretty much have the stars align perfectly to get value out of that huge tin can
