I did a run with a Clorinde team on bottom half of Floor 12 and very easily cleared it first attempt (Diluc Plunge in first half). I found that even without a shielder, I wasnt getting knocked around much during her skill because her constant dashing really helped up her survivability.

She is definitely a character that requires a lot more skill to use perfectly and I love that about her.

She got nerfed for no reason, she wasn't op before but now her dps window is very limited.

Being squished between Father and Dadd- I mean Neuvillette doesnt do her any favours. She is a solid main DPS, mote then good enough to comfortably clear Spiral Abyss. At the end of the day, Genshin isnt a competitive game and basically every character can be good.

There is a cool build that's going the rounds on CN - it's not super meta and has ER issues but is really fun

Chlorinde + Skyward Blade high refinement / Furina / Qiqi / Zhongli. Basically Qiqi's healing + cryo buffs Chlorinde and Skyward's phys chip damage with extreme fast application. It's like a new version of Machine Gun Fischl. Rotation starts with buffs then Chlorinde starts with Burst and then goes to work

I personally loved this character enough to c6- she’s so fun and fast. The only unit I want hoyo to give us, and so badly, is a hydro shielder - like we have for Cryo with Layla. I would use that character in so many teams😩

The cool thing about her c2 and c1 is how they synergize. The c1 extra attacks apply her a1 passive which gets buffed by her c2

Funny. People hate her but she's easily my favorite character out of Fontaine. I'm having a blast. She's clearing Abyss 12 with ease even with unoptimized gear and talents. She's been performing a lot better than I thought she would.

One thing worth noting is that incoming healing bonus boosts her self-healing A LOT. More than you think. Even just a minor increase boosts it substantially. Why does that matter? Because Furina gives her party extra incoming healing. With Furina, Clorinde pretty much heals close to all of her HP with her skill. This is VERY useful in Abyss so you can be a little more unga bunga if youre not running a shield. Generally though, unless you run a shield then Clorinde feels higher skill ceiling than usual for 5*s. For this reason, i dont think Moga will enjoy her. No offense to him but yeah.

Not too sure about energy cost or dmg loss but you could do Clorinde Baizhu Nahida and Kazuha or switch kazuha with fish
You'll get a small sheild for some protection and lots of healing while being able to aggravate a lot more often

I'm honestly enjoying Clorinde. I like her design and character. As much as I love Keqing, I find Clorinde's playstyle more fun. She has some issues but just feels better to play than Keqing in aggravate. With my Nahida being c2, I might try out c6 Beidou with her.

I feel xingqiu can help her a lot with his resistance to interruption and dmg reduction, plus more reactions and dmg, maybe a team like nahida fichel xingqiu clorinde could be very good

I’ve been using Clorinde with Furina, Nahida and Baizhu. It’s pretty comfy and I’ve had no issues with it. The Overload team (mine replacing Fischl with Beidou for Interruption Resistance) is possibly better but not as comfy in overworld. I tried a team recommended by Mr.Socks day 1 of Clorinde, Nahida, Fischl and Kazuha and really wasn’t into it. Oh hey, as a write that down, I see Moga’s using that same team and dying to the gravity pinwheel lol.

The boos mats i just grinded while ago before we even knew about her. I always grind 46 of any boss mats at min during a week or so just in case something i want comes out and uses them so i dont have to grind them if anything notable needs them.

I found out that, at least for me on my account, her best performing and most comfortable team for Clorinde is in a taser team with Jean/Furina/Clorinde/Yelan. Yes I know it’s all 5 stars but these supports are meta and most higher level players have them anyways. With Furinas healing bonus on ult (yes most people forget that’s a thing) every Clorinde skill heals her to full HP. You have Jean for the VV and Furina stacking and yelan for more dmg and Clorinde buffing. I used it in the current abyss topside where you‘d want a shielder (triple Kenki and Coppelius stagger you a lot) but it went perfectly fine and the dmg output topped the aggrevate team with kazuha/nahida/clorinde/fischl by a lot, while being practically immortal. I know there’s no stagger resistance in that team (get good lmao), but for everybody who can run the team I highly recommend trying it out.
