Police make second arrest in Machitje murder

Police have confirmed the arrest of a second suspect in the murder of Sello Machitje. The Water and Sanitation Deputy director was found dead in Bekkersdal on Friday. He went missing on the 8th of July. eNCA's Heidi Giokos has more. #dstv403
