Great to see someone with the same sense of humor as I have. I was in a workplace accident a year ago and I got a 1.5cm long metal wire launched through my right eye into my brain.

It went through a protective visor and my glasses. About 50 fragments from my glasses were removed and the metal wire is stuck in my brain. I got to keep my eye but I am for all practical purposes blind on it. And got 2 stitches stuck in it permanently due to the eye having grown over them. They schafe from time to time and it's a bit annoying. And it looks really fucked up and is slowly turning white/gray.

The surgeon said I had a huge hole where the pupil should have been. But despite the brain damage I can still tie my shoes so to say. The shitty part is that I can't pick up any of the local radio stations with the wire that is now permanently stuck in my brain.

But I should count myself lucky that it doesn't work as a wifi antenna and automatically connect to open wifi networks. Imagine getting a ransom ware virus in your brain and all you see is "PREASE GIV US 50 BUCKS IN APPLE STORE GIFT CARDS TO GET BACK YOUR ACCESS TO YOUR COMPUTER!"
