The Best Hiking Route up Cadair Idris: The Minffordd Path

Watch me take the best walking route up Cadair Idris (aka Cader Idris) in Wales, the Minffordd Path. This route has it all; rugged terrain, ridge walks, a stunning lake, views for miles and several options for descent. I took a circular route back to my car via Mynydd Moel and it was a lot easier than a few years ago thanks to a new path.

Great vid, I haven’t done that walk for a few years but glad to see the descent path has improved. My favourite Route is the Fox’s Path, which is a bit marmite for some due to the scree scramble.
